Insurance and Financing

Part of being a dentist in Plymouth is to provide information about our insurance & financing near you. We hope the following details will answer any questions you may have, but if you’d like to speak to a member of our dental care team for questions that aren’t answered here, please give us a call.

• Delta Dental Premier (only accepted by Dr. Patricia Hamdan)

We will submit services to the insurance on the patient’s behalf; however, some insurances will assign benefits to the patient only, in which case, the patient would pay the office in full and will be reimbursed by the insurance company directly.

NOTE: With the frequent changes that occur with dental insurance providers concerning the amounts of coverage and types of treatment they’ll reimburse, we recommend that you call our office to learn whether your carrier is accepted by Dental Arts of Plymouth.

Payment Options

You can pay for your treatment using insurance, cash, or credit card.

For out of network insurance benefits, we will submit services to the insurance on the patient’s behalf; however, some insurances will assign benefits to the patient only, in which case, the patient would pay the office in full and will be reimbursed by the insurance company directly.

We don’t accept personal checks.
